Beschreibung & Highlights
L-GLUTAMINE
100% L-Glutamine Amino Acid
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in human blood. Glutamine may be conditionally essential in certain situations, including intense exercise, when the body cannot meet the demands through glutamine synthesis.
This conditionally essential amino acid can be obtained from dietary proteins, including supplements.
Recommended intake:
Dissolve one serving (6 g) daily in 250 ml of water or other liquid and shake vigorously! Take before, during, or after training, or at any other time, such as before bedtime.
